I had a really great experience with Bill’s Drapery Services. The service was friendly, professional, and very helpful. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. It’s refreshing to find this kind of personal service from a local Santa Maria business. I would definitely recommend them!
Mike, Arnold, and Adrian are excellent! We've had them come twice so far. Once to install top down bottom up shades and then again to install curtains and rods. They are helpful, genuine, and very personable. Arnold and Adrian were even so kind to my dogs! Arnold gave great advice and insight when it came to hanging my curtains and made sure I was left happy and satisfied. Mike, the owner, is very thoughtful and even contacted me to let me know he had a spare part I needed that I had intended to order online. I plan to contact them again to install my outside patio curtains once I have them! Fantastic people and customer service. Highly recommend!
Well, I installed the mini-blinds myself! Instructions were okay but I have an electric drill:) I was a little intimidated but got going! Got 5 blinds installed in about 2 hours and saved $150:) I would recommend Blinds.com and DIY install.
