Jeffrey, The Terminix technician was very professional and thorough. He communicated that he would be able to provide the services to our home on a certain date and time and arrived at the appointed time. He accurately described the tasks he would provide, performed as promised and left us a report. I have been pleased with the service that Terminix has provided over the years and highly recommend them.
