I recently completed the installation of a 33 panel, with 3 Tesla Powerwall solar system with Sunrun. Pearl Wu, the Field Sales Consultant, is an amazing sales person, being very friendly and responsible. She explained the entire process clearly and communication was responsive throughout the whole process. And I am also fortunate to have the installation done by a professional team under the leadership of Jonathan. All I can say is Melissa Jean is the one representative you want to see when Sunrun comes knocking on your door. Highly knowledgeable of the product and actually cares about the clients and the clean energy initiative. With her persistence and professionalism I thought more and more comfortable working with Sunrun and expanding my relationship with them and extending my solar panel count, energy production and savings. There are no dumb questions when working with Melissa I felt comfortable asking anything about the program.
