I have been speaking with Willie in customer service, it has been a fantastic experience, everything you’d want when speaking to a representative! He is personable, responsive, and able to answer my questions. I’ve had to call a few times, and he always responds quickly.
Although I ultimately chose to go with another solar company for my needs, this decision was in no way a reflection of the service provided by customer sales representative Alex Lake. Mr. Lake was informative, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He provided detailed explanations regarding my solar options and made every effort to secure the best deal, price, and accommodations for my home.
However, with Los Angeles being such a competitive market in the solar industry, I did find a better overall option elsewhere. That said, I still consider Semper Solaris to be an excellent choice for anyone looking to purchase solar panels. Based on my experience... read full review
