Karlo and Ramel are absolute class acts. The recent storms caused a major leak in my bathroom and I called rainbow and they came out within the day. They tarped the roof, gutted the stucco, and removed all of the moisture that got in the bathroom. They took no shortcuts and made sure my home was properly dried out. Not only that, but they helped me by correspond with the insurance company so I didn't have to. They came out multiple times to temporarily remove the tarp when the insurance inspectors wanted to take a look. Each time, they were punctual and professional. Karlo and Ramel were very patient with my communications and I hope I never have to hire a mitigation company again, but if I do it will absolutely be Rainbow.
