I called spoke to one person gave me a price for the regular jumper I wanted next time I called it was a different person who gave me a different price . I called got ahold of the first person and he said no it’s the price he said, fast forward to the Birthday they bring the wrong jumper I ordered and it was a price that was off from both people. Called complained he brought it down to the price he said it was but we asked for the jumper we originally wanted and they said no that if we were going to keep that jumper or not . HORRIBLE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE!!!!Very unprofessional customer service coming from business owner by the name of Herbert. For any future customers please beware of this man and what he tells you. I spoke to him 3 times regarding a water slide rental. He promised me a certain price the 2 times I had spoken to him initially and on the 3rd time when I was trying to go and pay the deposit he changed it on me. Trying to charge me double the amount he had promised to honor. Also ended up telling me they had no location that I could go in person to pay deposit and wanted all credit card info over the phone. With no way of giving a receipt or confirmation of payment.... read full review

Great experience! Delivered on time, very clean and professional. Handled the parks requirements for insurance and endorsements. I would definitely use them again.
