I came here with my mom, her company sent her here. What is the point of appointments? When she had her appointment at 1:30, she waited till 2pm to ask them what's going on. For them to say that they are behind and a lot of people are being seen. They didn't have the common courtesy to let the patients in the waiting room know that the appointments were not going to be attended on time & that there is delays. They do not communicate whatsoever. I am currently sitting here and it is now 2:30 & she has not been attended at all.

Estoy en la clínica de esta misma compañía la dirección es 15330 valley view y el único enfermero que hace los chequeos para Dot llega a las 9 am y se va a luch alas 11am mi cita era alas 9 am y me atendieron asta las 2 pm son muy lentos en atender a las personas deberían tener más personal

Amazing care and attention to detail here at Akeso. The staff was super pleasing to be around and they ensured I was sent on my way with nothing to worry about. Great hospitality.
