Our company recently reconnected with Ross after 25 years. He originally setup our employee emails, which we have basically used ever since. I've been a Digical customer for over 10 years and they are as reliable as the sunrise. I can't even remember the last time we had email problems or server problems but if there is a problem it's gets solved quickly and the team there is always working to make sure the latest patches are applied.
