Mike Leiderman did an excellent job laying out the entire project and walking us through every detail before any work began. He made sure we were completely comfortable with the design and set clear expectations--especially since this was a challenging project involving framing, electrical, flooring, plumbing, and drywall.

Throughout the remodel, Jacob Sofer was exceptional with communication. He kept me informed every day about who would be coming and what work was scheduled, so I always knew exactly what was happening. Both Mike and Jacob also noticed details that I hadn't even caught and made thoughtful adjustments along the way. They offered helpful suggestions that ultimately improved the final outcome.

Emmanuel also coordinated the removal and replacement of our solar panels with our solar company instead of charging us to do it himself, which saved us thousands. “I'm basically banned from pinterest because I get obsessed, but since June I've been dying to resurface my patio. It wasn't in bad shape but I wanted something more aesthetic, more 2025 you know. I went down a rabbit hole with AI and basically became an expert on flooring materials. When I requested the estimate with Expert Home Builders I already knew exactly what I wanted and with what materials, I felt so fabulous explaining to them why I wanted epoxy instead of poly. They also advised me on some things I didn't know like the ideal thickness and color options that would work better with the sun that hits there. We finally went with a light gray epoxy with decorative flakes that give it texture without being too much. They also installed a screen enclosure around the whole patio so we could use it without dealing with mosquitos or all the dust getting in. The epoxy needed several days to cure completely before we could walk on it. I've put it to the test already and I'm still in love, it was a really good experiance.“

Another great encounter with Greg and Screenmobile. This time replacing a worn out sliding screen door to our deck. He also did 9 window screens - this time with heavier per-resistant type screen material (cat and Mini-Aussie rambunctious puppy got to our old screens). Good quality with all new frames that match the almond colored windows perfectly.
Great service overall. The screen doors mentioned below are still perfect!

November 2021:
We had Greg build new screen doors from the house out to our deck using a little heavier screen material (darn cat) and better hardware.
We also had him build a retractable screen for our front door: Sweet!

“Jorge did a wonderful job of explaining the features and the benefits and the pros and cons of the different AC options on the market. In my case, the variable speed heat pump was the way to go, relocating it into a space above my master bathroom. The guys were able to do it in two days, They were friendly, considerate, explaining the system, and the new Nest thermostat. I would say their price was slightly above the other quotes, but I was more confident in them than the other bidder.“

“Anderson Reconstruction remodeled two bathrooms, the master and a hallway bath. Both were the originals from 1980. We met with Shannon who reviewed with us what we envisioned for our baths and the costs involved which included converting both tubs to showers. Shannon and Greg Anderson, the owner, guided us through the remodel process giving us some great ideas and suggestions. We now have two beautiful bathrooms and new linen closets.
