I dreaded getting new carpet, though it was obviously time to, because it seemed such a huge task to move all my belongings including multiple bookshelves. But Lou & Dan & the installers Antonio & Marco made it happen. As Antonio said, "sometimes we make miracles." And they did. The carpet selection is huge at their warehouse & I found a carpet/pad combo that works for me. I think it's a good investment to pay a little more for better quality. I got the 10 lb carpet padding that has a waterproof layer on the top to prevent stains from soaking into the pad. Highly recommend! They did our consultation the next day and our carpet was installed 2 days later. Incredibly fast, very easy to communicate with, the carpet is soft and barely has any new carpet smell. Dan was super kind and helpful and a pleasure to work with:)

Warehouse Direct hooked me up with a stunning new hardwood floor. Their selection was spot-on, installation was a piece of cake, and my home looks better than ever. Kudos to Warehouse Direct for the fantastic upgrade!
