    These guys are calm, respectful, genuine, and communicative. I had a power supply issue, they quickly tracked it down to the issue pretty quickly, and realized to fully fix I would need the manufacturer. But they gave me extra equipment to BORROW to circumvent the problem in my PC so I can use it as normal until I decide what to do. They were very patient until I took my time and called back with a decision of how to proceed, when I decided to just buy the part they leant me rather than have a dell technician work on the PC. It is clear they care about their work and clients, and the cost wasn't bad at all.

    I went to computer friendly last week and that is a perfect name for the service I received. They answer the phone when you call, Matthew was polite, professional and helpful. My laptop could not be repaired and I was referred to Apple. I was not charged. Thank you, Helen

    Matt and the folks at User Friendly Computing are just that: friendly and super effective at repairing computers. I am self-employed and rely on my laptop for work and was nervous there would be downtime while I got it repaired. Matt took my computer in on Friday and made a same day assessment of what the problem likely was. He called and explained to me his process and what he thought the likely culprit was. He then ordered the part which arrived on Saturday and the computer was ready to go on Monday. Super fast turn around, super welcoming staff. These guys are awesome. I will surely be a returning customer.
