Ted helped by installing for us a combination attic door and ladder, and installed plywood flooring in the attic so as to provide a base for future storage boxes.
He was pleasant to have around as this job required many trips outside and inside to cut the pieces correctly install them, etc., etc., and got along well with our family’s dog! His work is excellent and he also came in below the quote which was awesome, the job was a bit easier than he had originally expected so we were grateful for his integrity!

I called up Ted with a list of five different things that needed work at my house in Aptos, ranging from towel bar installation to wall shingles in need of a repair to a leaking toilet. Ted showed up on time, was very detail oriented with each piece, and tooK care of everything. He inspected everything, made one trip to ACE hardware and bought all the parts he needed for various jobs and just handed over the receipt for cost of parts. Very reasonable hourly pricing, high quality work, careful and detail oriented, on time and dependable. On top of that, great attitude and willing to help. Overall, great experience. Thank you Ted.
Yes was wonderful helping me get a chandelier hung up and getting the lighting for it working on top notch with a slide adjust dimmer and it’s made the dining room a whole new experience
