Dr. Smith is very good at what he does. He also cares about long term health. The only issue I have had with Surf City Chiro is that the receptionist could have taken a little time to check my insurance coverage before asking me, as a returning customer, for $85.00 up front. It is what they advertise on their web-site after all. Likewise, Dr. Smith could have been less confident about my coverage. Confidence is an asset and a liability and Tom Smith is not lacking in confidence. My coverage is very clear, I get twenty visits a year and all exams and extras are covered for a single $15.00 copay. Don't look for an apology if/when they make a mistake. Dr smith has helped me in my mental and physical path to recovery. The adjustments help in so many ways ; not only has my back decreased significantly with the pain, I am more flexible, my strength improves more each day. I can't thank dr smith enough I continue to go twice month and highly recommend

Dr. Smith is amazing! Both he and his assistant Yulen are incredibly kind, genuine, and professional. The office is always welcoming and relaxed. I’ve been going to Dr. Smith for about a year and a half and have seen him for back, hip and shoulder issues all of which he has always helped heal and strengthen. His adjustments and physical therapy type approach always does wonders for me. Highly recommend surf city chiropractic!
