I've been seeing my hairstylist, Jason, for 22 years for highlights and haircuts. Not only is he incredibly talented, but he also has an amazing ability to understand exactly what I want and bring it to life. My highlights always look natural, dimensional, and beautiful, and my cuts grow out so well that I never feel rushed to get back into the salon.
Beyond his technical skills, he genuinely cares about his clients. He creates a fun, relaxing environment and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure I leave feeling confident and looking my best.

Jason does an amazing job! He’s been my stylist since 2018 and even though I moved away from Santa Cruz, I still come back to Stranded Beauty Bar to have my hair done. Highly recommend!!
My wife and I have been going to Stranded Beauty for many years. Jason, the owner is very personable, treats customers well. They all do a great job and the pi’s reasonable. We can’t think of any other salon in town we would want to go to.
