Kevin is one of the nicest young men I have met in years. He was very helpful and kind, not to mention he has muscles of steel. Kassandra, at the Santa Cruz office, was also super friendly, knowledgeable, and both of these young people were very professional. I just unrolled the carpet and it is stunning! The colors are bright and popping and the repair job to the fringe was beautifully and professionally done. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service. Thank you.
The customer service deserves more than five stars for service. From the time we called for a quote to the delivery, Santa Cruz Rug Cleaners kept communication open and flowing. They are pro active. Delivery was perfect with Damien and Kevin providing super duper service. They texted me to let me know their eta, which made for a timely delivery.
The rugs look fantastic. We will keep using their service. Thank you!
Damian & Kevin were extremely helpful with our big rugs cleaning. They come and pick them up, then bring them back and rolled them out to reveal a “new” rug! I can highly recommend them. SCRC are the real deal.
