Santa Cruz Millworks has been a trusted local door and window supplier for us for many years. They take great pride in what they do and have excellent customer service. They have a great showroom as well with many products on display. I would highly recommend using their services.
Santa Cruz Millwork is an extremely reliable business. Their Marvin product line is primo and Tom the owner is meticulous in reviewing every detail with the client to make sure you receive what you are envisioning. If you don't understand a term, Tom explains it and provides a sample for you to see. He has a good inventory of products of varying price levels and styles for your viewing. I had an entire house of Marvin custom windows installed that I bought from Santa Cruz Millwork as part of a complete home remodel. I am thankful that Tom (owner) was incredibly diligent in making sure the measurements were accurate before placing the order. I'd buy from Santa Cruz Millworks again. At the time, I was miffed that Tom required us to frame any new complex window opening before he would finalize the measurements instead of relying on the architect's plans. I learned the value of his wisdom as the largest picture window had to be re-planned once a hidden beam was exposed behind the drywall. Things were not perfect - a few windows had small cracks from shipping, screens needed to be adjusted, missing bits..but everything got resolved by Marvin's service technicians who were short on manpower due to COVID fallout but they were Pros and fixed everything. My prior house in Texas had 35 wood Jeld-Wen windows fail and had to be replaced with handholding of installers, stucco, painters, ... which was more difficult than the Marvin experience.
