Ok, I came in here for the first time on an insane promo they had for sessions on the vasper machine; even if I had no clue what it was, it was too good to pass up. I'm so glad I came in. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. There is a very low-key vibe here. They make you comfortable. both the santa cruz and watsonville locations are conveniently located. I also did an introductory with one of their elite pro trainers and ended up signing up for pt. They offer really attractive membership benefits, a good membership package, and have a great variety of services from pt to massage therapy. Highly recommend!

Beau is professional and personable, and very knowledgeable. He introduced me to a whole new way (different from the physical therapy I've been receiving from my health care provider for the last 8 months) to deal with my arm injury/healing journey that had immediate positive results, and gives me hope! I had an awesome massage with Ryan. When I arrived, the staff was friendly and Ryan assessed my needs before starting the session. He took a totally different approach from massage I've had in the past, targeting muscles opposite from the ones that were causing me pain. Through this technique, I learned more about how my muscle groups work, and how to prevent future pain. Such a positive experience!
