Had a same day emergency and Sandro answered on the first call. Was able to fit me in his schedule and was really knowledgeable. Called me when he was on his way and showed up right on schedule. He was very professional and was able to do the job efficiently and for a very reasonable price. I am very impressed with his company and will definitely recommend him/use him in the future when needed.
Sandro did an excellent job on our area rugs and sectional couch! He also advised us on getting the grout on our kitchen and bathroom floor cleaned, and even cleaned a sample of the floor so we could see what it would look like. Very personable and professional, highly recommend!
THE BEST IN TOWN!! This company is TEN STARS.... I had another company clean the entire house what a disaster ....called Santa Cruz Carpet hoping for improvement and what I got was nearly a miracle. In some areas the carpet is restored to its original Appearance, I could not believe my eyes! Great value too. Do yourself a favor and call Santa Cruz Carpet cleaning FIRST....
