Jesus Dominguez was amazing. Very professional and explained all the options that were available. He was able to correct the issue with my sink and explained what he was doing step by step. If you need plumbing services and go with root-rooter and are located in the Santa Cruz area, request Jesus!
Our tech, Austin was excellent. Great customer service and handled our plumbing problem quickly, obviously has a lot of experience with a wide variety of plumbing issues. As far as value goes, the service cost was definitely on the high side, but it was a weekend and we were desperate for a quick fix to our sewer backup problem. Would use them again.
