George was awesome, he came out in a AAA call after I got a flat tire. He arrived quickly, he had a great attitude, the overall experience was as good as it gets for having a flat tire.
We’ve dealt with Rossi’s Towing for many years now and continue to be impressed each time. Today Kendrick went above and beyond our call for help with an unexpected dead battery. AAA isn't asking me if I want to leave a review so I'm coming to Yelp. Just got a flat, used AAA app to request roadside service & a driver, Jacob, responded. He got here in a timely manner, was friendly & professional & replaced my flat with the spare that I had. He checked the spare's tire pressure & put air in it, checked out my flat with a nail & gave his advice on repair versus replace, & made sure we were comfortable driving away with all questions and concerns addressed. Thanks Jacob! You the real MVP.
