The therapist was knowledgeable and seemed to have a good intuition. Deep tissue massage is not always my go-to but she listened to my requests when the pressure could be lighter. The ambiance in the yurt is beautiful and creates a safe healing space to unwind.

I have had a lot of massages and Lily's Zen den is BY FAR the best massage I've had. Lily is a nurse as well as a personal trainer, and is well versed in human anatomy. She is very intuitive and finds all the hot spots that need attention. The "Zen Den" is an awesome yurt that's warm and inviting that you really don't want to leave once your massage is over! The ambiance is amazing and the massage therapy is worth every penny! Thank you Lily!!!

My Chiropractor recommended I work with Lily for a neck injury I sustained a couple of years ago. After a few months of massage therapy combined with chiropractic care, I was back to surfing and doing all the other things I love. Since then Ive had surgery for an achilles tendon tear and tore a laborum muscle. After a few months of regular sessions, Lily's skills have once again allowed me to return to the ocean to play again. Therapeutic massage may involve some discomfort but Ive learned to trust that she is a healer and the results have been amazing. She is kind and patient and will listen to your feedback to find what works for you. Lily is a true professional, highly...read full review

From Lily Webber Massage Therapy

In doing massage therapy since 1997 I have found that bodywork is not just a luxury, but a necessity. As a Registered Nurse in hospitals I have seen and treated the effects of chronic stress and how it manifests as disease. The stress of our every day lives within our tissues, constructing blood flow and therefore oxygen. Oxygen is what gives us the ability to live. Releasing tension allows us to live life more fully, with less pain, less stress and more energy. Studies show massage therapy to aid in pain relief, stress, depression, anxiety relief and body image disturbances. I practice Swedish, deep tissue, sports and stress relief therapy. I am a massage therapist, registered nurse and CrossFit/strength/conditioning/mobility coach.
