I am with the Center for the Blue Economy, at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies in Monterey, CA. I have a Word Press site that was built by an inexperienced web developer. While we love the look and design of the site, the back end was anything but user friendly. We decided to hire a professional web team to rework the site so that your average Jane (me) could manage it. In putting out bids for contracts, Launch Brigade was not the slickest in terms of their materials (other firms had slick brochures and professional bidding materials), but they were and continue to be consistently thorough and honest in their replies and approach.
