the older woman with very long dyed hair and interesting makeup really made me look goofy once she was done with me. I had to get a friend to fade it out better because there was virtually no fade. She also rounded the bottom without even asking my preference(i like it more squared off). It was only $20 so you get what you paid for.. the second photo is what my friend did.

I've had nothing but positive experiences with the five haircuts I've gotten over the past year at their Santa Cruz and Capitola locations, all with different stylists. Each stylist has worked with me to learn what I'm going for and help me fill in the blanks when I'm not sure. They also take notes on the account so future stylists will have an idea of what you want the next time you come in. ? Each cut has been pleasant, with good conversation, attention to detail, and never rushing through it, even when I accidentally came in right before closing... ? they're good people.

Ching at Great Clips was friendly, professional and efficient. In comparison to another major competitor which doesn't answer its phones at multiple locations, booking my appointment at Great Clips was a breeze! Didn't have a long wait after arriving either. Bravo!
