Eric is an extremely knowledgeable computer expert. A friend who had used his services referred him to me a couple of years ago. He has worked on my old computer and printer and now my new Dell Inspiron 17 laptop since June, 2018. This spring I purchase a new HP printer and had trouble setting it up and he came and took care of it. I had spent 1 1/2 hours with Dell Support Services a couple of days ago and they were unable to find the problem I was having and today Eric did! I have had him help with 2 of my elderly neighbors and he was very kind and patient with them. I highly recommend him!

Every man needs to know a great barber, an honest mechanic, and a bad a** computer repair technician, and I am glad I now have found one of the three. After getting my badly needed for my small business desk top back from a computer repair hack shop in the area it still had most of the same issues I brought it in with, two weeks and $200.00 later. After digging around I found ERIC THE COMPUTER GUY and decided to give him a call. After leaving a detailed message about my problem he called me back immediately. We spoke and he decided he would be able to take over my computer remotely and we set an appointment for the next day, 9:00 am. ERIC called @ 9, took over the controls, uninstalled spyware, reinstalled a newer better version of spyware, removed lingering viruses and gave it a complete tune-up. After less than 1 hour it works perfectly and still going strong. Save yourself a lot of b******** Five stairs go out to ERIC the Computer guy. Thanks, Rick Doscher, Scotts Valley.
