Simply put, Erica is awesome! I wasn't keen on going to a chiropractor but Erica's method is so relaxing and gentle, it feels like you spent a day at the spa not at a doctor's office. Her approach using heating pads followed by massage then the adjustment is so calming and simple, anyone weary of chiropractic work should not fear in her hands. I also just love Erica's energy - so positive, supportive and upbeat, she makes you feel so welcome and attended which is just the icing on the cake to the whole experience. Fantastic chiropractor! I left sessions with my body realigned, no pain, and the no-force adjustments we're so easy. I did not need to keep coming back overly frequently. Everything about visits with Dr. Schafer were easy and positive. I moved out of state and am looking for a chiropractor that is, at the very least, almost as skilled. She's one of the best!!
