I used to go to a fancy salon downtown, the kind with all the bells and whistles like fancy coffee drinks and sparkling water served while you waited. There was joy in pampering myself every few months, but after being handed around to three stylists in as many years (because they kept leaving the salon) and then being cancelled on the week of my brother's wedding with zero options of being rescheduled, I felt like the loyalty I was showing them wasn't being reciprocated, and for nearly $200 a trip, that sucked. Leticia is an excellent stylist. Good colorist, listens, and is pleasant & efficient. Her salon is not fancy, but it’s very clean & she takes very good sanitation precautions. I would recommend her!
