Coko is really amazing!
I am a photographer who shoots outside fashion shows for weeks at a time. I was in pretty severe pain (of the hand/arm, shoulders, and neck) when I came to Coko - my equipment is heavy! I had read online about another photographer finally finding relief through rolfing.
Coko did some adjusting of my alignment and suddenly NO MORE PAIN (I also changed my camera grip). I couldn’t believe it!! Physical therapy had not worked.
A few months later I suddenly had terrible knee pain walking and climbing stairs. An orthopedic surgeon told me that it was arthritis and it was all downhill from there.... read full review
All I heard about Rolfing before was that it worked but was painful. I have severe damage to several disks and vertebrae. Coko has been able to help relive the pain more than any physical thearapist or massage therapist has in a short period of time. It doesn’t repair the physical damage but it has improved my pain level and relieving the secondary effect of the damage. I would recommend anyone who is dealing with muscular/skeletal pain to her. If you have pain try it sooner than later
