We were staying in Santa Cruz for a few days. The hotel recommended a place they didn’t realize was closed. We found Classic Vapor on Water St., very close to where we stayed. I have a duster(long coat) that my brother gave me. It was made by one of his friends’ mother and is irreplaceable to me. When I dropped it off, I asked when it would be ready. Their answer was Monday. I needed it for the weekend. So they made sure it was ready on Friday. When I picked it up, I noticed a small amount of what I brought it there for, still on the sleeve. They were gracious enough to let me take to use and bring it back Monday, so they could take the spot out, at no extra charge. This is not their usual practice. Unfortunately, I got a little something on the other sleeve. Still, they marked the areas for treatment and had it ready this morning(Tuesday). They were absolutely understanding and accommodating. I highly recommend them to every local person, and to every traveler staying for a spell. I made sure to let the hotel know to send people to Classic Vapor when they need to refer someone.
