It turned out to be an amazing gift --- christinas treatments have helped me manage ongoing overuse injuries from yoga and other active lifestyle pains, while also supporting my immune system and mental health. ok, this woman is consistently exceeding my expectations. To be honest, I was skeptical when I first started acupuncture, I was hopeful but more doubtful. I live a pretty active lifestyle and am often nursing some kind of ache or pain, but somehow, when I get off Christina’s table I walk away feeling not only elevated energetically, but aches I didn’t even realize I was carrying have been released. She is also so invested in my wellbeing that when she leaves me on the table during treatment, she will often grab one of her books and come back in with some kind of recommendation on how to further support what I’m dealing with.
