I'm a mortgage broker, with StoneCastle Land & Home Financial, approved to do all of the FHA 203K rehab and construction loan programs. Mel Dion at Cardinal Construction is an asset for any project you may have but especially for this loan program where it's becoming increasingly difficult to find qualified quality contractors to do rehab work. If you are reading this review, wait no longer. You must call Mel Dion and hope and pray she hasn't become too busy for your project!!!
