David even went the extra mile by returning to take care of any remaining pests at no additional charge. The staff at Cardiff Pest Control Inc. are easy to work with and highly recommended.
So, this was the most easy-peasy experience I think I've ever had. I called and left a message late in the day, got a call back the same early evening, David went out to the house to look at the issue the next morning without us even having to be there, and I called the office that afternoon and paid over the phone! Ridiculous! And I mean that in the good way... we hadn't even moved in yet, so this was fantastic! I don't have enough words for the levels of customer service and courtesy and general greatness that Cardiff delivered through David, and I sure as heck know who I'm calling if I have any issues in the future. You should too!
Outstanding prompt, courteous and efficient customer service from scheduling to the inspection and treatment. Juan conducted a thorough inspection and analysis of our termite problem and provided prompt treatment. He was considerate, communicative, and very polite and thoughtful. Amazing and professional service.
Absolutely outstanding customer service. You can always tell someone is genuine when they are actually trying to help you help yourself instead of selling you a product. David helped my family and me when we were experiencing SEVERE pest panic. He could have laughed at us for being freaked out about bugs he encounters on a regular basis, but instead he talked us through it with empathy, knowledge and compassion. He could have tried to make money off of us, but didn't, and instead gave us so much helpful information. He made an otherwise awful situation actually manageable. Thank you!
