We worked with browns for our sewer install for our new home in Santa Cruz County unincorporated area. It was a complicated project throughout (long distance, elevation challenge, tough terrain to dig). Browns delivered perfectly on time. Overall impeccable communication, great scheduling, good with the neighbors. Finally, Browns provided photos and documentation of their work. In other words, you end up knowing exactly where all the pipes and lines are because it's all documented, photographed, etc. They're the only contracted I worked with that did this. I would recommend them any day of the week, they did a great job for us.

Brown’s Underground did a tremendous job installing a new septic system at my dads house in Aptos. Working with a very limited building space, they pulled off the job with extraordinary precision and expertise. They kept me informed about all the aspects and time frames during the entire job.
