Prompt, professional, polite, courteous. Hector was very proactive and helping me finding discontinued tricks, cutting it and loading it into my truck. It was the best service I've ever had at a lumber company. Thank you Hector I wish I could give you 10 stars. Ron

I was a little intimidated by the idea of going to the same lumber yard my contractor orders from, since I'm a DIY, middle-aged chick. Based on other reviews, I decided to go for it. I have now been there three times to pick out lumber and hardware, and have been treated well, with no judgment, every time. I highly recommend Big Creek Lumber for their fantastic service and kind staff.

Really quality wood products. Like that it's locally owned, and not a giant chain. My only reason for four stars, not five, is very limited selection of handtools. Guess that's not their specialty. Otherwise, very responsive and helpful.
