I had the experience of visiting Dr. Suhas in Dec of 2021 to treat inflammation and weight problems, which were chronic conditions for me that caused pain, low energy, and limiting mobility. Ayurvedic Healing was new to me, but I practiced the guidance offered without finding it difficult or overly restrictive, and grew open to learning about the mind-body approach to healing. His bespoke approach and trust have guided me to top physical health-I am at 8% body fat and a superb physical shape solely due to his guidance.
