I would highly recommend Ayurvedic Healing to anyone who is experiencing any type of health issue. Dr. Suhas is a world renowned Ayurvedic physician and is the author of several books. I had a condition on my scalp which caused a scar the size of a walnut. I had two Dermatologists look at my scalp and they prescribed a long course of antibiotics which did not resolve the condition. I then made an appointment with Dr. Suhas and he correctly diagnosed the condition as an autoimmune disorder that was caused from chronic severe stress that created a lot of inflammation in my scalp. I have been a patient of Dr. Suhas Kshirsagar since August 2019. I am currently a patient (Jan 2023). I was HIGHLY skeptical of Ayurveda, or rather didn't know what it was, and only went on the recommendation of a friend. I didn't think I needed to go; I was strong and "just fine" - at 209 pounds and 5'4 after the end of an 18-year marriage. I was actually trying to heal myself, but I didn't know quite what to do, I couldn't "see" how out of whack I was. Ayurvedic Healing's 5 day Panchakarma greatly helped me through a cross roads in my life. It was the perfect time for some deep self care and inner reflective work. The combination of the 2 hour incredible body treatments and follow up meetings with Dr. Suhas, Dr. Manisha, and Manas each day left me feeling rejuvenated and healthy in my mind and body. Their location in Santa Cruz is the perfect spot to get out in nature while exloring the forests and ocean. Lots of good, local healthy food as well.
