This guy is the Jedi Master of Home construction and inspection. He knows exactly what deficiencies and strengths a structure may have. Good to have his insight even though everything may not be actionable.

Our lucky day to be given Michael Freinberg's name as a reference. We hired him to inspect a commercial building, in preparation for sale. He responded immediately to my inquiry and within a day met me at the property and did a full inspection. The NEXT DAY I had a full thorough report. He priced out the items to be repaired and supplied references for other trades, who were equally responsive. His knowledge of the building trades is phenomenal.
