831 moved us from San Jose to Felton where we stored our belongings until they again moved us into our new house in Aptos - all within ~2 months. To start, we got a super clear - and reasonable - bid that told us exactly what we were paying for. They were communicative / responsive leading up to the move, and punctual on the day of. The guys in his crew were hard working, nice people, who went above and beyond to wrap and otherwise protect our belongings. Hands down, THE BEST moving experience EVER! I've moved 6 times in 14 years and this experience restored my faith in moving companies! These folks actually care about YOU!!! They're HONEST! On time! The men worked well as a team and came in UNDER budget! Additionally, I couldn't find something after the move, so I reached out to see if it was left on the truck (only to find it in my garage!) and the men came back to my house to make sure everything was ok! I ended up locking myself out of my house while chatting with them. They were so kind to help me get back into my home! THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST!!! Hire them!!!!
