Our family just went through our second time having a driver educated by 17-Mile Driving School, and Kristen is as top-notch an instructor as ever! She is deeply educated, pleasant, calm, informative, unflappable and relates well with her students. She cares personally about the safety of all drivers and the success of those she teaches. She made sure after every behind-the-wheel lesson that both parents and student knew what went right and what needed more work and was always kind in her communication. With great reviews this was the first place I called for my 16 year old daughter. I called three times total. I talked to a woman twice (Kristen I believe) and left a message once. The first call was great, she said she'd call me back in two weeks since they were busy due to covid and catching up with current customers. Totally understandable. She never called back. Fast forward 3.5 weeks. I left a detailed message. No response again. About a week later I called a third time and talked to the same woman again. Again she was busy. "It's a weird time," she said.
