I've been looking to have the exterior windows cleaned on my 2-story home for awhile. Attempted it myself a few times, but never turned out good. I called several local companies, and received estimates between $300-$500. By chance, I met Mr. Frank Pastrana, the owner of Tiger Stripe Solar. Although he wasn't trying to sell me on a solar install, he mentioned that he had expanded his services into cleaning solar panels and residential windows. After he saw my home, he quoted me a very favorable price. I then scheduled an appointment. He arrived prompt and prepared for work. We conducted a walk through around the exterior of the house, discussing my concerns (i.e. walking on the patio cover, removing the screens, etc.). He assured me that the cleaning process he utilizes will clean the screens without damage and clean the windows as well. He stated that he uses deionized water during the cleaning process. By using deionized water, it eliminates streaking. Living in the Santa Clarita Valley for over 35 years (25 years at this home), we know how hard the water is here and what it does to our windows. When Mr. Pastrana was done, the "hard water stains" were gone! Upon completion, he walked around with a micro-fiber cloth to wipe away minute spots that were present upon the patio slider door. Such attention to detail! I was extremely impressed with his courtesy, professionalism, and friendliness, and would not only utilize his services again, but would HIGHLY recommend his services to anyone in need of having their windows professionally cleaned at a decent price.
It was a pleasure dealing with Frank with the solar installation on our home. He will go above and beyond for his customers throughout the whole installation and even after all is done. I would hands down recommend Tiger Stripe Solar to my friends and family. Just a hands down honest company.
Frank at Tiger Stripe Solar was fast and efficient. He worked out how many panels I would need and how many I could fit on my roof to give my home the proper amount of energy savings. We went from looking at it on roofing maps and crunching numbers. Two weeks later I had panels on my roof up and running. Now I am banking energy and I have a steady solar payment. I know what I owe each month instead of the up and down of high payments in the summer months. Each month I pay to my solar company what I would pay in the winter months to Edison.
