I cannot say enough good things about Chip Meyer! I have used other computer techs, however no one is as thorough and pro active as Chip. I had a hard drive failure (crash) recently and the steps Chip took in advance made this a momentary blip in our operations. His tech picked up our server, came back the SAME DAY with a new drive and all of our records restored. He had the foresight to install an automatic daily backup, so we literally lost nothing!! 5 stars all the way for The Chip!

Chip saved the day again for me and my business. Computers that don't boot up cost $$$$ in lost time and revenue. My MAC won't boot up and I was dead in the water. In the past I thought my service needs were limited to the Apple Store - and how much fun is it waiting hours or days. Anyways, Chip identified the problem quickly, solved it and was very reasonably priced.

We contemplated a new phone system for a while. When Chip brought us a new system, we immediately knew it was going to change the way we did business. The phone system has streamlined our business and created so much excitement at our company. The technology was far superior than we ever imagined and Chip's knowledge on how to use it as well as train our employees made this transition very easy. Technology can sometimes be overwhelming, but Chip and his team really made it so easy. Thank you Chip and all the employees at The Chip.
