I got service from them probably 7 years ago and just remembered I needed to write them a review. I had a situation where my kids (very little at the time) shoved a bunch of stuff down a drain and caused pipes to leak BADLY and leak down to the 1st floor. Drywall/wood were a mess in the walls. Tag Team 911 were awesome the whole time, did an incredible job and would go back to them in a heartbeat if we have water damage again.
I cannot thank Todd and his team enough for the exceptional service they provided during a stressful situation. When we discovered water seeping through our floors, we were immediately alarmed and began the daunting task of finding a restoration company. They are the ultimate professionals. Super clean, accurate, easy to communicate with, do what they say and over deliver: finished earlier than promised and everything was restored as if nothing ever happened. So grateful for this team! Thank you Todd!!
