Specialty One Waterproofing

Extremely pleased with Mike, Kevin and the crew at Specialty One! We have a forward facing balcony that leaked into our garage during heavy rains. We are painting the house so we needed this project tackled beforehand. Mike came by first to look at the job and gave us a very detailed quote range, explaining all variables so there weren't any surprise extra charges (they really couldn't tell HOW bad the damage was until they got in there). We also explained that we would like to have the balcony completed before we had our new windows installed, and they were able to accommodate our request.
