I have been going to Anna and Sofya for a couple years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I've had my eyebrows fixed, face waxing and bikini waxing. I was so nervous my first time for bikini waxing, but they were so nice and great at making me feel comfortable. I've been coming back ever since.

I literally won’t let anyone else touch my eyebrows Anna is the best of the best and feels like family! My sister and I love to have a sister day and go and get our brows done together and they always get us both in together no issues! Such a cute room with great vibes. If i could give this place 10 stars i would!!

I Love Sofya and Anna. They are the best skin and hair removal duo ever. I have been bringing my girls to them since they were little and started needing girl things. They keep you looking as natural as possible 🥰

If I could give more stars I would. Sofia and Anna are the best with my eyebrows and skincare that I have ever had. The salon is wonderful, quiet and these two could not be more professional, courteous and just so kind. I look forward to all my appts. they are always working with my schedule.

Sofya's European Skin Care is truly the best in our area. The quality of service meets non others. I am always so happy with the treatments I receive. Both Sofya and Anna are equally superb with what they do!!! Before I do anything, I schedule my next appt before I leave. So happy I found them!!!

booked this appointment for my kids expecting a relaxing spa facial. If you are looking for a calm, quiet, spa-like environment, this may not be the right fit. The experience felt more clinical than relaxing. The service consisted almost entirely of extractions, with no layering, massage, or other traditional facial elements, and the room lighting remained fully on throughout.
The appointment also ran long, largely due to continuous conversation throughout the session. The owner, who performed the service, spoke almost nonstop, about personal matters, children, grandchildren etc which made it difficult to relax. Clients should be aware that this is a very talkative environment rather than a quiet spa setting.
There was repeated discussion about purchasing the spa’s products, with the suggestion that results would not be as effective without them. Although it was stated that there was no intention to sell, the products continued to be brought up multiple times during the service.
Communication at times felt uncomfortable. When clarification was needed, misunderstandings occurred and the response felt visibly frustrated, which made the interaction awkward rather than reassuring.
Given the price charged, the service did not feel aligned with what was provided, particularly since it was primarily extractions rather than a full facial experience. It may be helpful for the business to clearly specify at the time of booking that this service is more clinical in nature rather than a relaxing spa experience, so clients can choose accordingly.

Sofya changed my life 10 years ago and still offers the best service!

I have been seeing Anna since 2018, and even after moving to DC years ago, she is still the only person I trust with my eyebrows. I always try to squeeze in an appointment while I am in town. She takes the time to talk you through what she’s thinking during each appointment and always recommends what is truly best for your face, never just what’s trending at the moment. Her approach is thoughtful, precise, and grounded in creating brows that are timeless and elegant. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about her craft and her clients, Anna is unmatched!
