What I loved about Shar is that she was extremely easy to talk to while also remaining very professional.
What I found unique about her client experience was two things:
1. While we were chatting, she encouraged me that it’s okay to rest and take a nap because she understood that this was my time to be pampered, and she jokingly said that it’s okay if I snored. We laughed about it, and I genuinely appreciated that she said that because although I know I don’t need permission to fall asleep, I sometimes try to stay awake in fear that I’ll snore or fidget while I’m getting my lashes done.
