We had to replace our upstairs balcony wall complete demo the whole works.
Nicole-Worked with us scheduling the initial inspections. Once that was completed she was able to fit us in within the schedule.
Artemio and his team- Amazing professional crew, from day 1 they arrived got straight to work. Through the entire project the team worked hard, clean, self sufficient and professional. I commend them with the work ethic.

This company is really wonderful! Lead by Artemio his crew was incredibly great. And of course he was. They’ve been working on our condo for almost a year and between having to deal with all the residents and their particular needs and doing a really labor intense job, they really did, and are doing a great job. I recommend them highly. They went above and beyond for me. I just had a thumb operation and they helped me take all my things off my patio without having to ask. And they put everything back. Great group great business.
Jeison and his team are the most professional team of individuals in the construction industry. They are willing to go above and beyond for you before the work even starts. Visiting the site multiple times with different trades to ensure the scope of work needed is fully understood and addressed properly. They will even take time to explain it to a whole HOA community and answer all questions from individuals. His level of communication is extensive and something other owners should learn from.They are prompt to the point of being early consistently.
