Dr . Tran was very compassionate and understanding about our situation with an older dog. Both her and the tech ( lovely young lady, but unfortunately I forgot her name), made my dog feel extremely comfortable even in a stressful situation. Very happy that pricing was available before making decisions.

Hands down the best veterinarians and staff in Santa Clarita. Can't say enough good things about them. They helped my thru the passing of my older cats and they now take care of my 1 yr old.

I've been going to this animal hospital on and off for over ten years, but I stopped for a while because the constant upselling made me uncomfortable. I honestly wasn't sure I'd ever return. But my past two visits under the new ownership completely changed how I feel--they reminded me why I trusted this place for so long.
The first visit was with my Frenchie, who had a hematoma. I had already been to two other vets who pushed surgery as the only option, and it just didn't feel right. I didn't want to put him under anesthesia for something that seemed cosmetic. When I came here, Dr. Brink said surgery was excessive and offered an alternative treatment. I can't express how relieved and grateful I was. It finally felt like someone truly cared about my dog's well-being.
The second visit was with a dog I was babysitting, and the situation was incredibly stressful and complicated. Dr. Tran, Gabby, Lauren, Dr. Sures, and the rest of the team were unbelievably compassionate. They were patient, understanding, and genuinely went above and beyond to help us through something very difficult. Their kindness meant more than they probably realize.
After everything, I'm so grateful for the changes under the new ownership. It truly feels like the heart has come back to this clinic.

We love visiting this vet office because they genuinely care for our pets. They have a friendly, welcoming attitude. The veterinarians are very knowledgeable and accurate in their diagnoses. We appreciate that this office offers almost all the services our pets need, and if they don't have a specific service, they will contact another location to ensure they can provide it and that you can be seen promptly. They are very helpful, and the office is always very clean.

Have been bringing my pets here for years. Staff has always been professional and helpful. Had an emergency recently and they squeezed us in. Very thorough and trustworthy.
