My experience with Santa Clarita ENT was horrible. I was referred there by my GP due an inner ear issue. I was dealing with vertigo and my doctor also thought there was some kind of blockage. I, of course reported these symptoms to the intake people so they knew these were the issues. After waiting 45+ minutes Dr. Saadat came in, gave me a cursory examination, told me he doesn't deal with vertigo and did a slight cleaning of my ear. (Why did they schedule me if they "don't do" vertigo?) It was a waste of my time and money - and the long wait was infuriating. To add insult to injury -- I paid a 25 dollar co-pay and then received another bill for 40.00 more. When I called to dispute or at least get an explanation of this charge, one email and two phone calls were not returned, they simply charged my credit card which they insisted be put on file when I checked in. I will NEVER deal with these people again.

Dr. David Saadat. Because of my deviated septum, I have trouble breathing through my nose. I have contacted several doctors and unfortunately, was not able to make an appointment with most of them because of my schedule. However, when I did have the chance to make the appointment with this doctor, I arrived at his Office and I was greeted by a pleasant staff. Because of my insurance, I had a substantial co-pay. In my point of view, I didn’t consider this a burden because I had to have an operation on my nose after sometime the doctor finally called me into his office, and the conversation took less than two minutes and he said that I would need plastic surgery and this...read full review
