My landlord at my apartment complex hired them to get rid of ants... the ants are still very much here. Also I didn't notice it right away but when I was putting my belongings back (as they state to take everything out of the closet/ drawers) I noticed my Alexa device was missing! Something I used on a daily basis! I had to purchase a new one my waterproof speaker was also missing! I'm just disappointed that I left these thieves into my home. Well it's now time for my follow up preventative service and I will not be allowing them in my home without me being there! If it was up to me I would prefer a different service provider. Would give them 0 stars if I could. These people did absolutely nothing. They showed up with glue traps for mice and then told me they didn't have anything they needed to complete an extermination when that morning I called and let them know that I didn't need an inspection, I needed extermination. The technician told me they would "try" to get someone out on saturday to put in cages because he thought it might be a bigger animal. I had three other companies come assess the property the next day who were flabbergasted that someone would leave one glue trap for MICE and say that they needed to return with cages. I surfed the web and came upon with Round The Clock for service. This was an unsettling situation that bed bugs had invaded one bedroom and moved on to a second. RTC arranged to come over and inspect immediately. Not only did they conduct a visual inspection, they had provided the services of their "sniff" inspection dog. The previous vendor I contacted did a quick visual inspection and only looked at the one room. With RTC and their beloved K-9, it was discovered that the bugs had moved into a second room as well. Without their thorough inspection the second bedroom invasion would not have been treated which in turn would have resulted in continuing problems.RTC... read full review
