Mike came out, he was friendly and professional. He didn't mind I was asking questions, he did't mind i stayed outside by him. His price was reasonable. We have an older unit so he gave us advice to keep it going for a couple of years, and if we want to have them install, they can do it. We will ABSOLUTLEY have them do this for us. Thank you
