DO NOT USE Pooltechs for any service. Tried to use them with my home warranty for repair of my heater. Tech showed up 3 hours late, didn't really look at my equipment and said a part needed to be replaced. Left 3 messages with them without a call back and found out from the warranty company the service call was closed saying there was no failure. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON.

TERRIBLE!!! STOP!!! Do NOT use if you can avoid. All the negative reviews are accurate. The techs were no shows on several occasions. I missed work and personal events to be present and they didn't even have the common curtesy to let me know they would not be able to make it. They never answer their phone so trying to get an update was such a painful task. Only reason I used them was because it was the company my home warranty required I use. This was such a nigh mare they have no idea what they are doing and lack any level of professionalism. It took weeks for me to be able to get my pool repairs completed. Like others, if no stars was an option, that is what they would get. I put a claim in through my home warranty, Fidelity. They called while I was on another called and left me a message. I called back and told them they could either call me back or text me their availability. I got no response. I called again the next day and left a message and sent them a text. At 6:45 p.m., their tech shows up, unannounced. When I tell him I had no idea that someone was coming, he asked "Do you want to cancel the appointment?"
